Building Up Charity Campaign

Understanding a client’s key goals as well as philosophy is crucial for me before beginning a marketing campaign.

Building Up was a fabricated charity with the goal to support Vancouver Homeless youth in need. With such a complex issue, doing extensive research was critical.

A huge goal of the campaign was to inspire action.  By inciting positivity and awareness around the campaign, the user is faced with an opportunity to contribute to Building Up’s mission.

HUNDRED MILES NEWSLETTER

Hundred Miles was a blog concept I developed for runners. This was an email template I designed for subscribers to the blog. With several call to actions and an individualized introductory, my goal was to inform readers. Showing up in your customers’ inboxes regularly presents a great opportunity to keep them informed about everything and anything about a business or blog.

ContINENTAL COFFEE HOUSE MARKETING PLAN

This was a marketing plan I developed for a locally owned coffee shop, Continental Coffee House. The coffee shop has historical roots in the Vancouver Commercial Drive area and a loyal customer following. There was a gap in the marketing however, as a website does not exist for the business. This plan outlined strategies for establishing a digital presence with key performance indicators to measure the success of the implementations.

Strategies included suggestions on how to increase visibility on search engines, content ideas for media visibility, and branding ideas for consistent messaging.

The first stages of the report determine logistics such as what value does the business bring to its customer, who the target audience is, and how the product is superior or relates to its competitors. This analysis defined the marketing tactics that would be most effective.
